Programmatically, this included an ambulatory surgery center with eight to ten operating rooms, imaging department, radiation therapy department with two linear accelerators and a comprehensive cancer center.

• Headed the coordination with the user groups, design, scheduling, financial planning and budgeting. Coordinated with all hospital departments and vendors to insure organizational design was captured and work flows were completed in a lean process.

• This project was put on hold at the end of Design Development due to financial constraints.
